For rental purposes, the seasons break down as follows:

Taxes & Additional Rates.  11.417% State of Hawaii Hotel and General Excise Taxes will be added to the bill.  Rates quoted are for up to three (3) adults.  Additional $20 per night for each additional adult (children over 12 are considered adults). 

Reservation Deposit & Balance Information.  Two (2) night deposit required to confirm reservation is held.  Balance is due in full 60 days in advance and is non refundable unless re-rented (details below).  Half (1/2) day fee for early/late check-in/out if available.  Confirmation statements are emailed to you upon receipt of your initial deposit and then again upon receipt of the balance due.

Security Deposit Information.  $200 general security deposit + an additional $100 security deposit for each child under 13 years old (security deposits refunded after inspection determines no damage).  This is a non-smoking condo and no pets are allowed.

Housekeeping.  Departure housekeeping/cleaning is provided for all rentals of five nights or more and is provided after departure (housekeeping is available during your stay for an additional charge).  Rentals less than five (5) days pay departure housekeeping/cleaning fee (approx. $115).

Cancellation Policy.  Cancelled reservations incur an administrative fee equal to two (2) nights' rental for cancellations more than sixty (60) days before first day of rental.  Reservations canceled within sixty days prior to the date of your arrival incur a fee equal to the entire rental amount less a refund (up to your nightly rate) for those nights we are able to re-rent the condo IF we are indeed able to re-rent the condo (note the administrative cancellation fee will nonetheless apply in such instances).  We highly recommend you obtain Trip Insurance for your vacation.  This will provide you with coverage against loss in the event you are required to cancel your trip due to unexpected circumstances, e.g. illness, etc.  Please note that we do not assume financial responsibility for any cancellations due to unexpected circumstances.  One source for trip insurance is Travelex Insurance .
